I purchased a OneTapConnect card. How do I get it set up?

After you placed the order, you should have received 2 emails with instructions to get started.

  1. The first email confirm the creation of your account with a link set up your password.
  2. The second is the order confirmation for your records. At the top of it, information about how to get started is display in the green section.

If you didn’t receive those emails, please check your spam folder first.
