How to update my payment information?

You can update your payment information from your OneTapConnect account.

To update your payment methods:

  1. Login into your OneTapConnect account here.
  2. From the main menu, click on “Payment methods”.


NOTE: As we do not save your payment information on our platform, it is not possible to update a credit card. You’ll need to add a new payment method first, then you can remove the old one.
